My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillows, but a bit small considering the price I paid. The hotel could use a modern refurbishment, although it has a well-kept, classy feel overall. Old but maintained well.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and convenient being located right next to a supermarket and easy for accessing public transport. However, the room had two massive stains on the headboards, a very dirty carpet, and what looked like blood-stained towels which made the experience less enjoyable. It was very loud and noise could be an issue during the stay.
I was a bit disappointed with the old look of the hotel, and I think next time I'd choose the Westin Palace. However, the huge terraced balcony shared between two rooms facing the garden was a unique touch. The service, especially Francisco, was a huge plus. They were so polite and accommodating, even getting us tickets to everything we asked for. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the fashion district, Jardin Publicca, and Brera, and being close to public transportation made it very convenient. The dining options, though limited, were good enough, and I enjoyed having a drink in the evening. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some renovations.
