Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillows, but a bit small considering the price I paid. The hotel could use a modern refurbishment, although it has a well-kept, classy feel overall. Old but maintained well.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice overall, but I faced some issues like chipped paint and broken tiles, making it uncomfortable. The hot temperature and noise disrupted my sleep greatly. However, the reservation process went smoothly, and the price was reasonable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and convenient being located right next to a supermarket and easy for accessing public transport. However, the room had two massive stains on the headboards, a very dirty carpet, and what looked like blood-stained towels which made the experience less enjoyable. It was very loud and noise could be an issue during the stay.
I was a bit disappointed with the old look of the hotel, and I think next time I'd choose the Westin Palace. However, the huge terraced balcony shared between two rooms facing the garden was a unique touch. The service, especially Francisco, was a huge plus. They were so polite and accommodating, even getting us tickets to everything we asked for. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the fashion district, Jardin Publicca, and Brera, and being close to public transportation made it very convenient. The dining options, though limited, were good enough, and I enjoyed having a drink in the evening. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some renovations.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to the metro and a variety of dining options, but the rooms had noticeable cleanliness issues and some maintenance issues. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being welcoming while others were not as pleasant. The dining experience was acceptable, with room for improvement in terms of hygiene. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
